Cruise control - retro fit... Empty Cruise control - retro fit...

Has anyone had a retro-fit cruise control installed on the newer model Cali? VW say they can't do this - they can actually install but need a code from VW in order to finalise it's operation and VW apparently won't provide this to the dealers - really? Dealer has told me there is a company out there undertaking this work but don't know who - can anyone help?
