Folding Chair bolts (part number)
Hi - I think i've seen posts in the past on the facebook page about peoples chairs falling apart as the bolt eventually comes undone.
has anyone replaced these & do they have the part number? I lost the screw in part for one of them but imagine i order the bolt/screw & washer thing.
Cheers

Re: Folding Chair bolts (part number)
From memory I havent heard that people have lost their screws only their marbles!! but have noticed that they had become very lose so i think the advice was check them before every use.
If you do however get a part number, would you be kind enough to share it, incase I am wrong or if someone else is unfortunate to lose screws.
thanks

Re: Folding Chair bolts (part number)
We lost a bolt from one of our chairs last year. When I enquired at my local VW van centre, they fortunately had a chair in which was damaged and was being returned under warranty. A bolt from that chair miraculously appeared in my hand about 3 minutes later and ever since I have kept a close eye to ensure they don't work loose! I suggest you ask at your local VW centre - you never know, you might just have the same good fortune. I never got, nor needed, a part number but I'm sure it would not be a difficult job to order a bolt. Good luck!
